Do you offer discounts?
We don't offer discounts unless you have an order at 100kg or more.
How much are the shipping costs?
The amount will be calculated at checkout, so they are calculated automatically.
Do you offer 3d printing services?
No, currently no 3d printing services are offer within the EU. Check out the Australian shop siddament.com.au for that.
Do you take cash payments?
Sorry, we only accept cashless payment options which are visible during checkout.
Do you offer local pickups?
We currently do not offer local pickups for any orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally within the European Union (EU). We do not ship to the US due to tariffs. For all other countries check out siddament.com.au
Does your filament work in the AMS or CFS or material systems?
Yes, the rolls used to be made of cardboard, but now they are made of plastic again, as plastic is better suited to all these new printers with their new systems.
What is the easiest material for me to start with?
PLA, it is the most commonly used material in printing. It is very easy to print and usually delivers good printing results immediately.

How do I contact you?
You can create a Jira ticket via the contact page or use the chat box on the right-hand side of the screen, if visible. If you have a larger issue or a complex question, please use Jira, as this allows us to easily track your emails and ensures they don't get lost.
